Purpose of the Website
The Website presents Bonatarda’s music publishing services and the artists, labels and catalogues we work with. It is informational only: no products or services are sold through it and no user accounts are created.

By browsing the Website you agree to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice. You must not use it in any way that may damage, overload or impair the Website or interfere with other people’s use of it.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you and, where a contract is being prepared or performed, the performance of that contract.
Retention. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and, afterwards, for the period required to meet any legal obligation or to defend possible claims.
